Standard Survey
We offer a basic survey where there are only walls, doorways and windows formed.
This gives you the confidence your initial design will fit within the space.
Site conditions required

Appropriate walls in place, including stud walls.

Appropriate windows formed.

Appropriate doorways formed.

Appropriate ceilings formed or finished ceiling height.

Sub floor laid or finished floor height.

Site accessible.
Full Technical Survey
This survey ensures all measurements are correct in conjunction with the design / plan. Ensures all M&Es are in the correct positions, giving you the complete confidence to manufacture or order your furniture and allows for a greater indication of timescales for delivery and installation.
Site conditions required

All walls plastered or plaster boarded.

Windows formed, Ideally fitted.

Doors / Patio doors formed, Ideally fitted.

Ceilings plastered or plaster boarded.

Floor down. (Screeded) finished flooring material and thickness required.

1st fixed electrics in place.

1st fixed plumbing in place.

Boiler in situ.
On completion of this survey we will produce a clear detailed technical survey report together with detailed check list including site photos.
Any measurement changes will be annotated on your kitchen designs / plans.
We will also check that your design is functional and works in practice.
Accessibility: We will report on delivery access and any restrictions. We also provide our general risk assessment form (only relevant at date of assessment).
This will be emailed to you or if preferred we are happy to meet with you or your designers to discuss further.

Important note: We carry out only a visual inspection. This means we do not take up carpets, floor coverings or floorboards, move furniture or remove the contents of cupboards. Also, we do not remove secured panels or undo electrical fittings.
